Die Guides vom Explora Team waren sehr fachkundig und freundlich. Besonders Aida und Palu, sowie Israel. Ebenso der Empfang von Kate war sehr herzlich und der Service von Kevin sehr persönlich insbesondere für Änderungen bei der Speisenauswahl. Die Poolanlage ist ein Traum, ebenso die Sternwarte. Die Ausflüge in die umliegende Natur sind wunderschön. Schöne Trinkflasche als Andenken.
Preis-Leistung passt nicht. Es mag am Konzept liegen, jedoch fehlt es absolut an Komfort. Das Frühstück und Essen allgemein blieb deutlich hinter den Erwartungen zurück. Frühstück nur Basics. Mittag- und Abendessen bietet in einem sehr ungemütlichen lauten Speisesaal eine Auswahl an 4 Gerichten zur Vorspeise oder Nachspeise. Die induzierten Weine sind sehr einfach. Cocktail und Spirituosen fallen aufgrund der Höhe eh weg. Zimmer sehr einfach, nicht klimatisiert, keine Dusche nur Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Das nächste Mal würden wir ein anderes Hotel buchen und Ausflüge separat.
