Extremely kind and helpful front desk staff, convenient parking, studio room decor was a bit outdated and further away from main hotel but the location was great. The staff at the restaurant were lovely, we felt welcomed despite coming in near closing time.

Overall my friend and I enjoyed our stay at the Views. We had a nice room with the small balcony and windows looking out at the mountain. However, we still had a great view of Funchal. We ate at the Bayview restaurant 4 out of 8 nights. The food was decent but nothing to rave about. Though my friend said the shrimp and fish he had were excellent. A few times we used the indoor pool and sauna which were pretty good. However, for the amount of guests, the hotel should have more than one tiny jacuzzi. The biggest issue we had was the hotel parking. If we had dinner in the town, coming back to the hotel at around 10 PM, finding the parking on the premises was extremely difficult. That gave my friend a lot of unnecessary stress. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

Very nice hotel with an amazing view. Didn’t have time to use most of the amenities but breakfast buffet was very good. Felt like I was staying at a resort
