    This is a lovely hotel with great staff which offers value for money given the range of facilities and opportunities on offer. The staff are all very engaging and professional and are on hand to answer any queries or provide support. The restaurant offers great value and some delicious dishes. Special daily events for all guests are a lovely addition. Take a cab into town (Uber or taxi) for the same price as 2 bus tickets.

    What I enjoyed the most: helpful and responsive staff, the hotel App which provided all the useful info in a self-service manner, the large botanical garden, we got an upgrade since we stayed for 3 nights and the bed was very comfortable! What didn't meet my expectation or could use some improvement: the free hotel shuttle to and from the downtown operates with limitation and we couldn't use it and ended up taking Uber all the time, the room is nice but could use some maintenance (perhaps we got the less nice one as it was a free upgrade?), we had a dinner at the hotel which we thought was nice but not the best value for price. The 2 pools are not heated and the water was too cold for me to use them. Overall it's a nice hotel but since our general standards are very high (we live in Switzerland), I cannot give it a full 5 star review. A 4.5 star would be somewhat fair to describe my experience.

    Had a wonderful time in this serene hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, the manager who greets all guests deserves a good word for that, he’s doing an incredible job.
