They were so lovely. They upgraded our room, brought us a power outlet when we left ours in Athens. Hot tub was amazing but but but remember to wear the slippers/outdoor slip ons as the surfaces were very slippery and my husband did slip getting out of the hot tub. The views were stunning. Great location! Loved it! The breakfast was amazing too!

The experience at CILON suites was beyond what we anticipated! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They provided not only an excellent visit but made things stress free with plenty of options and partnerships with local vendors, restaurants and services. All was able to be set up at our request and provided directly to our suite. We took advantage as we traveled during the off season and a good portion of restaurants and shops were closed. This made it easy and manageable with our time! The views are phenomenal! A special thank you to Nari and Stav. Their service! Nari helped with our luggage and every morning dropped off breakfast at a time we arranged the day prior. Extremely convenient with incredible views of the caldera! Stav was our sweet and kind host who always made sure we were enjoying ourselves! In our opinion they made our whole experience on the island of Santorini incredible!

Super friendly staff, particularly Sta, great breakfast and room service. A great location in Imerovigli (a village btw Oia and Fira), some rooms have a great view of caldera and the Fira.

What a truly remarkable establishment; the staff were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, fulfilling all our requests. They even went above and beyond by delivering an item we had forgotten to the airport. We are sincerely grateful for making our stay so unforgettable.
