An unforgettable stay — we truly felt at home Our stay at IRIDA Santorini was truly wonderful. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would. IRIDA is a beautiful and peaceful place, located right in front of the caldera, with breathtaking views. The sunsets, the scenery and the incredible tranquillity of the area made our stay truly special. There is such a wonderful feeling of calm, peace and serenity throughout the property, which is exactly what you appreciate after spending the day exploring the island. The location is also fantastic. Just a one-minute walk away, there are beautiful blue-domed churches where you can take absolutely stunning photographs. This is such a lovely bonus and, honestly, it is something that is very much worth experiencing. The location is simply beautiful. Another lovely detail is the breakfast service. Breakfast is brought directly to your room and served on your terrace, which makes the experience even more special. Starting the morning with breakfast delivered to your terrace while enjoying the spectacular caldera views is honestly such a beautiful way to begin the day. ❤️ But without a doubt, what made our stay truly unforgettable was the people, and especially Katerina and Dimitris, the owners of IRIDA. We would like to give them a very special thank you for everything they did for us. From the very beginning, they made us feel so welcome and cared for. Their kindness, warmth, patience and genuine hospitality made such a difference to our experience. They were always there to help, always with a smile, and they made us feel genuinely cared for and at home throughout our entire stay. From our very first email to the moment we said goodbye, their kindness and attention never changed. We are especially grateful to Katerina and Dimitris for making us feel so comfortable, understood and, most importantly, at home. ❤️ The warmth we experienced from them was reflected throughout the entire team.

The vista is just stunning. So much so, that we didn't really leave the place at all - just stayed at on our balcony. In terms of views it's probably among the very best that Santorini has to offer. The staff, especially the hosts are just beyond friendly. Welcoming, helpful, and forthcoming. Always. It almost felt a bit like coming home. The place is tidy and neat with no exceptions. For couples wanting to enjoy a serene and calm holiday, look no further.

Leaving the place was hard!

This was an amazing place to stay. The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are very clean, and have all the facilities you would need. Breakfast was served direct to the room every morning. The views are simply stunning, and I doubt you'd find anything better elsewhere. Location was perfect, and private, so ideal for escaping the business of Fira. There are plenty of restaurants within a short walk, and a supermarket nearby for additional snacks, drinks etc.
