Junior suite does not have a child bed, so staff helped us to switch to a Triple Superior room, which I recommend to families. Pools, restaurant, bar and rooms all have the same amazing Caldera view. Just. should be a bit more family friendly by adding a playroom or corner for small kids, or toddlers.

They have a lot of stairs, elevator super slow. A/C is very minimal. The food was “ok”. The view is beautiful but won’t return.

Great facilities with a breathtaking view. Staff extremely friendly and in July 2025 it was completely value for money. Totally recommend!
