We enjoyed our stay at Svarga Resort Lombok. The room was very spacious and the view was absolutely amazing, definitely a highlight of the property. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our stay very pleasant.
That said, the property and facilities could use some refreshment as they feel a bit dated. The food at the restaurant was okay, but not as impressive compared to other hotel restaurants in the area.
Overall, it was a good stay thanks to the beautiful views and the wonderful staff. With some updates to the facilities and restaurant, this resort could be truly outstanding.
