The room was very large with balcony and came with a lovely food welcome basket. Great location. Near to beach. Nearby restaurants.
This is more of conference hotel ( for events, training etc) is seemed. The pool is small and is in the shade most of the time due to building on 3 sides. Only a few sun loungers (3 or 4) but I guess this is likely due to the fact that it’s not for holiday makers or tourist. Sunbathers aren’t cater for here but it’s a lovely location

Hotel is allocated at a busy road, so you will hear a lot of noise coming from the street. But as it's allocated at the main street in Senggigi, you have good access to restaurants, convenient stores, shops, etc.
The superior room was a big disappointing: small, no balcony and unfortunately as well cockroaches in the bathroom. I have asked for upgraded room which I have to pay additional. Junior suit was much better, but a bit outdated. Room was spacious and you will get a complentairy minibar (non alcohol)
Breakfast: enough to choice of, but every day the same. No variantion in the assortiment.
Wifi is not stable, every time I was disconnected from the network. Not good if you need to work as well.
