Montana Premier Senggigi

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool is great Beach nearby/just across the street. The junior suite has a balcony and also an ocean view from the big comfortable bed. Pardi has the blender going often making delicious juices. He is a great host! The buffet breakfast is generous and has many choices. The other menu offers good choices too.

Can be a little busy with traffic but didn’t affect my stay.

Great location Terrific staff

The room was very large with balcony and came with a lovely food welcome basket. Great location. Near to beach. Nearby restaurants.

This is more of conference hotel ( for events, training etc) is seemed. The pool is small and is in the shade most of the time due to building on 3 sides. Only a few sun loungers (3 or 4) but I guess this is likely due to the fact that it’s not for holiday makers or tourist. Sunbathers aren’t cater for here but it’s a lovely location

The staff were all very pleasant, Breakfast was very good.

It was an odd checkin, I booked the Suite expecting an ocean view but was instead initially staying at the end of a long corridor in a room with no balcony. I had asked for a quiet room and this was their solution. I asked to be moved to a Suite overlooking the ocean on the street and surprisingly, it was very quiet. It took about an hour and several trips by staff to find the keys to open the balcony sliding doors. The view was overlooking a construction project with the ocean view in the distance. I was expecting more considering the photos and Booking.com description. Wifi was horrible with constant drops. In 3 days, not one person had change for cash payments so a card needs to be used for everything in the hotel. Overall, it is a drab looking hotel. Floors in the Suite felt gritty on bare feet. I would not book another stay here.
