great breakfast very large hotel with everything you need

It’s a beautiful property, lush green gardens, spotlessly clean and available staff are polite.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pool bar (in the pool) was closed. The pool bar beside the pool had no one serving from it. We had to walk around the hotel looking for staff members to try to find someone to serve drinks. On the first day we were directed to the rooftop bar for happy hour but happy hour was supposed to be beside the pool (which was closed) which caused confusion at billing time the staff did sort it out and honoured happy hour. The rooftop bar tender was amazing. I think his name was Doni. It was very strange in the hotel. Almost like the guests were left alone with no staff to be found during the day. No one to hand out pool towels around the pool either. The hotel also ran out of Bintang completely and only had Heineken beer but after drinking two Heineken beers the 3rd arrived warm as they didn’t have anymore in the fridge. The selection at breakfast was fantastic but I think because there were not many guests there the food sat out for hours and everything was cold (unless you ordered something to be cooked fresh from the BBQ area).

Interconnected rooms (very rare in Lombok) with balcony

Found dead cockroach at the balcony and outside of the resort, only KFC and a bar in walking distance with some roadside food stalls.

Decent location, friendly staff, cleanish. Both the drivers were brilliant

Very dated, a lot of wear and tear in the room and bathroom, some dust and staining, average breakfast
