    The staff are quiet, but very friendly and helpful. The doorman and inside gentlemen were extremely respectful and attentive. Pool was nice after a hot day. Everywhere was clean, fresh towel for pool, leave in basket when finished. I like that if you don't need linen changed every day you can put a sign for housekeeping. Honestly, I don't change sheets every day at home, so it's not necessary. On checkout you can ask to leave luggage in locker room if you don't need to head off immediately. The hotel is in a back lane but is well looked after. There are many nearby buildings of similar style in disrepair but it appears there's a lot of construction going on in the area so hopefully they'll be brought back to former glory, like this one. Siri Grand is situated not far from Khaosan Rd but far enough not be troubled with the noise, but a quick walk to be in the action, if that's your thing. There's a lot to see and do (in regards Wats (temples) in the old city, but not much for shoppers, which I wasn't interested in anyway. It's not very close to public transport but many tuk tuks and Grabs available. I liked using the river boats to get up and down the river or get to Metro stations. If you intend visiting the Wats and cultural sights, this is a great place to stay. Highly recommend

    I like being in old part of Bangkok the room’s are roomy the breakfast good the staff just can’t do enough would recommend this Hotel without hesitation

    The hotel itself is fine. However, you should know that there are several homeless people that live about 30 feet from the entrance to the hotel… and there is a LOT of road work being done right now. It’s a shame that this cute boutique hotel is surrounded by a very run down area.
