    I booked a city view room however the view was blocked by the next building so there wasn't much view at all. I liked the fact that its close to everything in the CBD. Especially the QV market. The only downside is if you are very sensitive to sounds, you can literally hear people walking upstairs, especially if they rolled their suitcases, but for me, not to the point that it disturbed me. Also please take into consideration as it is not a 24hour receptionist service, so if you come early (like my flight did) you have to wait for 8 am when they open, (you cannot enter the lobby area as only access card holder can enter after hours)

    Overall, (TLDR) - a quick convenient affordable place to stay for the CBD explorers. --- The hotel is a simple suite room hotel, located conveniently in the Melbourne CBD allowing easy access to most of Melbourne CBD. Facilities are limited but is made up for with the very affordable rate. Suite rooms afford simple cooking that makes up for not having a lot of dining choices, but good for those who just wants to prepare something simple when you're tired of eating out. Walking distance to the Melbourne Tram (Queen Victoria Market station) which gives you free access of the CBD, and also walking distance to the Queen Victoria Market if you want to grab some essential groceries for a simple meal cooked right in the suite itself.

    Location is a 10/10. Price is high but it’s inside CBD. Only complain is that we can hear footsteps early in the morning and it’s everyday during our stay and it’s very annoying. As if the ceiling is gonna fall off.
