    We had a bad experience on our first day at the hotel. They had guests that checked out very late, like roughly 6 pm. So my family with a 7 year old checked in at 8 pm as our room was not ready for the supposed to be 2 pm check in. My daughter was already sleepy at 7 pm as we had a long day from travelling and we were very exhausted. We were hoping to relax early to celebrate my daughter's birthday, the following day. I asked if they can give her something to compensate for the inconvenience. Reception said yes, they can do something but nothing happened. They gave us 1 free night but I still need to chase up the third party where I booked the hotel to be refunded for that. Who knows if I get that 1 night free. It sounds like this happens more often based on how reception dealt with it. Well, that was it for us.
