The hotel is within easy walking distance from the airport—about 7 minutes—even with a personal bag and a carry-on, though transportation is also available. The night staff was excellent and very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast staff was exceptionally professional.
However, the morning staff wasn’t very helpful when we asked about bus stops; it felt like they weren’t making much effort to assist. In contrast, the morning transportation staff was very friendly and shared great tips about nearby towns. We even ended up purchasing transportation through him/the hotel to visit a small town nearby for $60 pesos.
Overall this has been one of the nicest hotels i've stayed at in Mexico.
