Good value for money. Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff. Location might not be for everyone as it’s a bit far from the city centre, but we had no problems getting there using public transport.

Pros: Well-connected location — around 45 minutes to the city center via direct metro or bus. Free public parking available nearby, which is a huge plus in Madrid. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and included both generic and local options. Weekend service ran later, which was convenient. The standard room was solid — good size, clean, with a comfortable bed and a renovated shower. Daytime staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Air conditioning worked well and without restrictions — rare and welcome in a hotel. The minibar was surprisingly well-stocked, though prices were on the high side. Safe neighborhood to walk around, even at night. Cons: €18/day for on-site parking feels steep, especially when there’s free parking nearby. Our first night was disappointing — we were mistakenly placed in a poorly maintained twin room. Fortunately, this was corrected on the second night with an upgrade to a proper queen bed in the standard room. No way to check minibar prices in advance — felt like a bit of a trap. Bathroom design tries to be modern but lacks practicality: semi-transparent door with no sound or smell insulation, creating awkward moments due to the open-plan layout. Despite being a 4-star hotel, it felt overly focused on corporate events — many meeting rooms, but no real guest-facing bar or lounge to relax during the day. Didn’t use the gym, but from the outside, it looked very minimal — just the bare essentials. Conclusion: A good base if you're visiting Madrid and want quiet surroundings, good breakfast, and easy public transport into the city. The hotel leans heavily toward business travelers and events, which slightly limits the leisure experience. Service was generally good and the room (once corrected) met expectations, but a few design flaws and missed opportunities (like a proper guest bar) hold it back from feeling like a full 4-star experience. Still, solid value for the price if you’re not expecting luxury.
