    The hotel is clearly showing its age and would benefit from a major refurbishment. The room furniture is outdated, the bathrooms are worn and in need of renovation, and the flooring requires maintenance and upgrading. The hallways appear old, and the carpets throughout the property are heavily worn, stained, and overdue for replacement. That said, the hotel staff are exceptionally courteous, professional, and helpful. Their positive attitude, willingness to assist, and commitment to guest satisfaction were among the highlights of the stay. Unfortunately, the excellent service provided by the staff is not fully reflected in the current condition of the hotel’s facilities. Despite the aging facilities, the staff were outstanding—friendly, respectful, and always willing to help, which made the stay more pleasant.
