石和温泉での宿泊で利用しました。 隣の方が大声で騒いでいた際、音漏れはありました。ですが、フロントに連絡して、対応をしていただけました。朝食を利用、ほうとうをおいしくいただきました。 I stayed here during a trip to Isawa Onsen. When the guests next door were being loud, some noise did come through. However, I contacted the front desk and they responded appropriately. I had breakfast, and the hōtō was delicious.

Traditional Japanese Food not suitable for us. Onsen and room facilities were good. Because of the food, the price was not attractive.
