"The hotel is a little dated, decore-wise, but everything is very clean and the Onsen are very nice (we're first time users). Staff are very helpful! Would stay here again."

I stayed here during a trip to Isawa Onsen. When the guests next door were being loud, some noise did come through. However, I contacted the front desk and they responded appropriately. I had breakfast, and the hōtō was delicious.

Traditional Japanese Food not suitable for us. Onsen and room facilities were good. Because of the food, the price was not attractive.
