    The owner and staff are friendly and super helpful! I had an amazing stay! I will definitely return! The owner built the cabin himself. It’s comfy, unique, and super clean. I had to go to the main house to use the toilet and bath/shower, so be prepared for that. To me, it was no problem at all. There is an onsen not too far away with view of Mt. Fuji and Kofu Basin. It’s a nice place to relax and unplug.

    The house is 100 years old in an neighborhood that could use more such young efforts keeping country locations happening. Young family runs and lives on the property. The style of the space is nicely made to make you feel comfortable and I have enjoyed my stay there... and very close to Hottarakashi Onsen, the reason I found this place .
