Location: It is right next to the beach. So beach accessibility is easy. A lot of food/restaurant options walking distance from hotel.
Staff: Staff is very friendly and helpful. And they have the cutest dogs in the reception area.
Amenities: Was okay. Could have been better.
Cleanliness: The room and washroom was a bit outdated in design. Also maybe not the cleanliest ones.

Place was right in the middle of mirissa beach lane.. accessible to beach, market and restaurant conveniently… as well it was clean and well organized

Large rooms and bathrooms, a roomy balcony, helpful front desk (helped us promptly with a whale tour) and most importantly, directly opposite to one of the main access points to Mirissa Beach.
One watchout - plug points aren't super conveniently placed, so an extension cord or two wouldn't hurt.

So I don't usually give review but I had to take time and give the review because the place sucks very bad and I don't want others to have this bad experience
Negatives
1) the place next to a sewer the smell is terrible
2) they do not have a backup generator we had no power for almost full day ie 8am- 6pm
3) there is no one the help at the desk after 7pm
4) they don't clean the room everyday, we ask the owner about it and she said and I quote "that's how its done Europe" I don't know y she bought Europe up but I felt it's very rude on her part
5) there are few local tour's available, if u don't get it book from the hotel (seashore mirissa) the don't allow other cabs
6) the breakfast is limited we asked for an extra omelet and they said that's all we have

1) they have friendly dogs u can play with
