    The location is really good , but the property is not well maintained, they do not have 24hr restaurant. the morning breakfast is worst and place is they provide breakfast is not well maintained. We had booked delux twin room A , but when we reached the property they denied to give the booked room , insted they were providing ruby single bedroom room. after 2 hours of talk with agoda customer care and resort staff they gave us not-well-maintained delx-room-with-twin-bdroom. the walls paint was gone , the doors latches were not working , the comod flush was not working, but when we complained they repaired it. at night when we went to bed we sensed couple of black ants on our matress , when we lifted the matress we saw there were thounds of ants below the bed. we complained them , this time at night 10PM they provided us a well maintained delus twin bedroom room. All i can say is its a good location , you feel you are staying inside a jungle but the stay is not well maintained and food is worst. this place needs improvement (bathrooms were clean)

    Location is good and Cottages are spacious. But, 1) Many necessities missing in the cottage. They have provided coffee packets and sugar packets but no kettle? 2)TV was not working at all. Even after calling the Reception and informing them, they told they would send a person and never sent them, and on another day told he was not there. 3) The Pool is not clean at all, very dirty does not look like it is cleaned often. 4) The food is terrible. Even though there is a 'restaurant' in the hotel , no food is made over there. Everything from the dinner to the complimentary breakfast is outsourced from somewhere else and delivered in parcels. Still, the food does not taste good at all and menu options are limited. Even the food outsourced is not reheated and directly served. Overall would not recommend going here.
