I recently stayed at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, always ready to help with anything I needed. The service felt personal and genuine, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful views and all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities from the pool and spa to the dining options were outstanding and really added to the overall experience.
The location is perfect, offering easy access to everything Whistler has to offer, whether you’re there for skiing, relaxation, or exploring the village.
Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations, and I highly recommend Fairmont Chateau Whistler to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and excellent service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

The room was very clean, as were the linens and towels. The staff was kind and helpful. Some of the furniture in the room was a little bit tired, but nothing was broken so we didn't mind, and the motel in general seems well taken care of. There wasn't a full kitchenette, but there were nice touches like a couple of bowls and spoons, a dishcloth, high-end small batch teas and real cream in the fridge for your tea and coffee. We especially loved the balcony with a lovely harbour view.
