I had the best experience. If you get Mel as your butler just know he will take care of you. I missed a dinner reservation and he took care of everything and made my experience 10x better. I highly recommend this resort. Best experience I ever had.

Loved the spa. The room was nice also. Thank you for having us.

Very aesthetic and clean! The private beach area was beautiful and the staff were attentive.
The hotel is adjoined to the grand palladium which is a family friendly hotel, most restaurants were on that side.
The food was quite unpleasant, with our one good feed being at Portofino.
