The resort was spectacular!! The staff was great friendly and very well ran, they covered everything that we needed during our stay, I highly recommend Gaucho for dinner or meals the chef Marcos was amazing!!! Treated us like a family member!

Really can’t fault this hotel. There were about 10 different restaurants and all delicious. My favourites were the Argentina steakhouse, Teppanyaki and Indian. The staff are super polite and attentive. The pool is so warm it’s like a bath. The cocktails are to die for. Very few menus but the staff can make absolutely anything we asked for without batting an eyelid. True professionals. Our butler, Christopher, was wonderful and attended to all our needs, kept our mini bar stocked each day and dealt with all our restaurant bookings. The only slight negative was the spa prices. Absolutely ridiculous at $250-350 USD. There are constant people walking round the pool offering to discount it but even at 50% discount it’s still expensive. Note, if you get a £10 uber into Cancun a massage costs $55 for 50 mins and you get a free facial too!!
