Great facilities, excellent choice of restaurants and a good balance of quiet atmosphere and some fun activities. Impressive selection of drinks
Staff were sometimes sloppy and forgot to do things. Some facilities were poorly maintained. The hotel didn’t really deliver on the luxury 5 star level experience we expected.

I loved how friendly the staff was
We didn’t have any hot water for a day and a half, and we had to have somebody come out and fix that and then the showerhead itself had a bunch of green gunk all over it like it had never been changed out or cleaned. Very gross

The property is beautiful with tons of activities, restaurants, pools etc. The staff was so kind and very attentive. We enjoyed some of the restaurants and the beach is also very nice.
Unfortunately our room had a very strong musty or moldy smell. It was very overpowering. I spoke to the staff and they tried their best to give us solutions but even after changing rooms we could still smell it. I understand that this is a beach destination with humidity but for me the smell really impacted my time there.
