I loved everything about the property, it was extremely clean and the staff was so friendly. Shoutout to Abbindab who served us at NOI every morning. He was the best. I loved the fact that resort wasn’t crowded, it felt like I owned the place. This place is truly a gem and I look forward to visiting again.

When my partner and I attempted to order food through room service, as our stay was all-inclusive, we had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk staff member who took the call. He accused us of having more than two people staying in the room and claimed that we had secretly brought in a third person the previous night. He further stated that this was captured on CCTV footage. When we requested to see the alleged footage, he changed his story and began apologising, admitting that he had lied and saying that a colleague had informed him earlier in the day that there was a third person in our room. Despite this, he refused to process our room service order. We asked repeatedly to speak with a manager or supervisor to resolve the issue, but he refused to contact anyone and continued apologising without taking any corrective action. Being falsely accused, denied service we were entitled to, and refused access to management was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. This incident significantly affected our experience and left us feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and uncomfortable during our stay.
