    Chúng tôi vừa kết thúc chuyến đi kỷ niệm của mình tại Hòa Bình. Rất may mắn là 2 đêm đầu tiên chúng tôi lưu trú tại *** vô cùng tuyệt vời, nếu không thì trải nghiệm 1 đêm cuối tại Mai Chau Hideaway Lake Resort đã hoàn toàn phá hỏng cả kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi. Với mức giá ***/đêm cho hạng phòng Bungalow cao nhất, những gì chúng tôi nhận lại chỉ là sự thất vọng, ức chế và cảm giác như bị "ripped off". Dưới đây là những lý do khiến tôi KHÔNG THỂ giới thiệu resort này cho bất kỳ ai đang tìm kiếm một kỳ nghỉ đúng chất nghỉ dưỡng: 1. Khái niệm "Bungalow" bị lạm dụng và thực tế khác xa quảng cáo Ban quản lý có lẽ chưa hiểu đúng thế nào là một "Bungalow" nghỉ dưỡng đúng chuẩn. Tên gọi này dường như chỉ được đặt vào để dễ dàng bán với giá cao. Thực tế phòng khác xa so với hình ảnh resort đăng tải trên Agoda. Quan trọng nhất: Hoàn toàn không có sự riêng tư (privacy). Khách khứa và người ngoài liên tục đi lại ngay trước cửa sổ phòng chúng tôi. Một không gian biệt lập tối thiểu cho khách ở hạng phòng cao nhất cũng không có. 2. Dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng thiếu chuyên nghiệp Ở phân khúc ***/đêm tại Việt Nam, trải nghiệm khách hàng đáng lẽ phải được chăm chút từ trước khi nhận phòng. Khu vực này đường đi rất khó và lắt léo, nhưng chúng tôi không hề nhận được bất kỳ cuộc gọi nào từ resort để double check lịch trình hay hướng dẫn đường đi trước ngày check-in. Sự chủ động trong dịch vụ ở đây là con số 0. 3. "Hideaway" hay là khu camping Team Building ầm ĩ? Trái ngược hoàn toàn với cái tên "Hideaway" (nơi trốn yên bình), đêm chúng tôi ở, resort lại nhận đoàn khách Team Building. Họ tổ chức hát karaoke ầm ĩ, náo nhiệt suốt buổi tối. Nếu resort định hướng làm không gian cho team building ồn ào, xin đừng dùng từ "Hideaway" để quảng cáo cho những cặp đôi hay gia đình muốn tìm kiếm sự yên tĩnh. 4. Chất lượng ẩm thực kém trong một vị trí biệt lập Resort nằm ở vị trí cô lập (isolate), khách hầu như không có lựa chọn nào khác ngoài việc ăn tại nhà hàng của resort. Tuy nhiên, chất lượng đồ ăn ở đây thực sự tệ, không xứng đáng với mức giá và chuẩn mực của một khu resort nghỉ dưỡng. 5. Tư duy phục vụ và tính phí bất hợp lý tại Pool Bar Một chi tiết nhỏ nhưng thể hiện rõ tư duy dịch vụ kém cỏi: Tại hồ bơi, tôi muốn gọi một ly Tonic có chanh (không cồn). Thay vì linh hoạt phục vụ tôi 1 lon Tonic kèm lát chanh và tính tiền theo giá lon nước, nhân viên lại đòi charge giá của một ly cocktail Gin & Tonic đầy đủ nhưng... không bỏ rượu Gin! Một sự tính toán vô lý và thiếu tôn trọng khách hàng. LỜI KẾT Nhìn sang trải nghiệm đẳng cấp, tinh tế và chu đáo từ không gian đến con người ở Avana Retreat ngay gần đó, tôi mới thấy mức giá ***/đêm ở Mai Chau Hideaway là hoàn toàn không tương xứng. Nếu bạn đang tìm kiếm một nơi thực sự yên bình để nghỉ dưỡng hay tổ chức kỷ niệm, hãy cân nhắc thật kỹ. Chúng tôi đã rời đi với sự bực bội và chắc chắn sẽ không bao giờ quay lại.

    Beautiful and comfortable place. The staff are all very helpful, and the massage is excellent. The food is delicious, and there are lovely evening performances with traditional Vietnamese music and dance. Highly recommended!

    Really not worth the price. Food in particular shockingly overpriced by factor of at least 3 times.
