    Drive to it not too easy, but the hotel is nice and peaceful. Nice vew. Good place to escape the city. The food is great! Staff are all very nice! Love this place

    The resort is so beautiful and serene! Set in lush greenery with great views of the Ba khan lake, it’s a great hideaway for a relaxing holiday. But the best part of the customer service - specially their Manager Liem who is an absolute delight. The only thing for improvement I could add is to have a chef who can create some western or health dishes - we are vegetarians and did not appreciate the quality of food, so we decided to check out a day earlier than planned. But If you like local vietnamese food and have no dietary preference, it wouldn’t be a problem. Lasyly some of the room furnishings need proper cleaning (clear stains on curtains and couches, a musty smell). I hope this resort can fix these 2 things and we would love to come back. Next time we will carry some vegetarian food along with us to avoid any surprises.

    2 ngày 1 đêm cuối tuần trước của gia đình tôi ở đây lẽ ra đã rất ổn nếu không gặp 1 đoàn khách phát LOA KÉO CỠ LỚN BẬT HẾT CÔNG SUẤT từ chiều thứ 7 đến đêm thứ 7 rồi cả đến sáng Chủ nhật (mình có quay video). Cả khu ở ầm ĩ suốt 2 ngày như 1 cái hội chợ. Đi xa đến nghỉ dưỡng ở một nơi gọi là resort mà ko yên cái đầu. Ban quản lý cần có quy định chặt chẽ về loa kéo, lưu ý các khách đoàn. Nếu ko thì resort cũng như 1 bãi cắm trại tự do mà thôi. À mà resort nhưng ko có bể bơi trong nhà, spa thì thuê dịch vụ ngoài nhé. Nhân viên nhìn chung là lịch sự, nhiệt tình, phản ứng nhanh khi được gọi.
