    The hotel itself is lovely and in a good location. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly, and we appreciated their service. However, I was disappointed by my experience this morning with a staff member named Poula. I asked for tea bags and milk shashe before going to church. She first told me to go to the bar for the tea bags. When I asked her for milk, she said we were not allowed to have any because we were checking out that day.I explained that we were checking out at 11 am and simply wanted to have a cup of tea before leaving. Unfortunately, she was very unfriendly. Another staff member kindly apologised and helped us. The hotel also advertises private parking, but we were asked to pay extra for it .An additional tax was also charged at check in, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel is nice, and most of the staff were helpful, but my experience with Poula and the unexpected extra charges affected our stay.

    We were kept waiting for checking to the last minute@4pm. There are few staff in the reception were nice but the management doesn’t not acknowledge the guests.
