Great views, great staff. Lots of amenities and good free coffee. Views over Koenji were fantastic. Not a fancy room but very comfortable.

Clean room. Good amenities. Free tea, coffee etc. Staff was helpful. Staff uses video teleconference to check you in and the staff there knows english.

Very nice location. I recommend staying in Koenji, vintage shopping, cute bars and restaurants. Hotel is 1 min to train station. Nice view.
