Do NOT stay here in April if you value Air Conditioning. The owner is cheap as hell and will NOT turn the AC on without multiple people complaining about it being hot. We had heat pumping and it was like 27⁰C outside, it was absolutely horrible. Window only opened halfway even though our neighbor's window opened so wide you could fit a mattress through it. Honestly do NOT stay here, you could do so much better 15 minutes away, in any of the other 20 hotels. Also, breakfast not being free is a crime.

I had a very pleasant stay. My first night was in a smoking room, which was switched on my request to a nonsmoking one for the remainder of my stay. I'd particularly like to mention Burcu who was very helpful in arranging the room change

Check-in was disappointing because we were booked into a room that did not match what we had booked. However, the reception staff apologised and gave us another room which did match our booking. View from the room was great and the bed was comfortable as it always is when we come here. The fan in the bathroom sometimes worked sometimes not. This was not a big problem. The floor in the room could do with a deep clean. There was enough choice of food for breakfast.

We have preferred this hotel due to its location it was close to our meetings in Izmir. Ramada name gave some confidence but the hotel was not what we have expected. The room was clean but there was a smell coming from the bathroom. The matress and the pillow were not comfortable. The hotel is located in a deserted mall... the breakfast was not bad but we had seen better ones .... You can stay here only if its location is convinient for your purposes and if you need a budget hotel.

Additionally the windows wouldn't close properly resulting in more noise from outside and the window curtains weren't wide enough causing light to enter the room at early morning. One elevator was out of service for several days. On the plus, the bed and AC was good.

Entering the hotel lobby was difficult, there should be more clear signs in car park. It was only one night stay for us but they gave a room that almost doesn't have a window (small windows looking at nowhere). I am a bit frustrated about this.

As always, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We are impressed that there is now an underground metro station just a few minutes walk away giving us easy access to the centre of Izmir. We will come again.

We just stayed overnight this time and left before breakfast for an early appointment in the city centre. As usual, we were welcomed like old friends and we were pleased with our room on a high floor overlooking the Bay of Izmir. As usual, the bed and room were very comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. Underground parking is easy and safe. This welcoming hotel seems to be our home from home when visiting the city.

I do travel a lot but this was my Worse hotel ever, i have asked for double bed what they did was move two single bed together to make double bed i couldnt sleep because of the cape between two beds Next morning i asked reception to make it two single at least i could sleep in one bed they were like oh we sorry to hear that we will fix it today bla bla bla i came back to hotel 4 am in the morning forget about fixing the bed they didnt come in the room for cleaning or making your bed basically i didnt have room service lol waste of money Hotel star is 4 star service is 2 star
