    Very disappointing experience. I booked a Deluxe Double Room through Agoda based on the room description and photos shown in the listing. However, when I arrived, the room provided was completely different from the room I booked. The room I was given had a strong unpleasant smell, the window was covered so there was almost no natural light, and the overall condition did not match the advertised room. The bathroom was also very uncomfortable, with the shower and toilet located extremely close together, meaning the whole bathroom becomes wet when taking a shower. I immediately contacted reception and showed the staff the Agoda listing and photos. I asked to be moved to the room I had booked, but instead I was shown another room that was also not the room advertised in my reservation. When I explained the issue, I was told: "You get what you pay for. What were you expecting for that price?" This was very disappointing and unprofessional. The issue was not the price I paid; the issue was that I booked a specific room type and did not receive it. I spent around two hours at reception trying to resolve the situation. I repeatedly asked if the booking could be cancelled because the hotel could not provide the room I reserved, but I was told to cancel from my side. After that, communication stopped and I was left waiting without clear updates or a solution. The reception staff had limited English, which made communication difficult. I understand that not every problem can be solved immediately, but guests should still be treated with respect and given clear communication. After I raised the complaint, the hotel sent me an apology through Agoda and said they would coordinate with the platform if they could not provide the specific room type booked. However, later they changed their position and stated that they do not offer refunds, without confirming whether the actual Deluxe Double Room from my reservation was available. The location is good, but unfortunately the room quality, cleanliness, communication, and handling of the situation made me decide not to stay. I would recommend being careful and making sure the room you receive is actually the room shown in the booking.

    Nothing is good about this place. A/c wasn’t working. Water goes everywhere when showering. The only thing good is that there is a 7/11 next door
