Happy we chose this hotel. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. They helped us with recommendations and directions to take the train to Zumaia and Hendaia, tapas and dinner recommendations. Hotel in great location, 15-20min walk to old Town or Gros area. Great experience. Would recommend.

Great hotel, spacious room nicely styled. With bathroom etc being at angles it is quite tricky to navigate in the dark if need to during the night. Spa is a nice feature to have in a city centre location.
Staff extremely helpful and friendly would stay again.

Great location, a 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes into old town. Room was spacious and clean, quiet and great blackout curtains. Hotel staff were really helpful. Would stay there again.
