Convenient location for the main train station, not too far from the old town and transit. Comfortable enough but the tablet & headphones provided felt unnecessary, I'd rather have saved the money or got a free towel.
There were drawers at the bottom of the pods for each person, but the actual lockers as well as the majority of the bathrooms were all in a basement which you have to access through the reception. Everything seemed well-equipped, though the shower stalls could probably do with some better drainage and deeper cleaning.
The reception is only open from 10-18, and while the one staff member I encountered was friendly, it does mean that you need to plan your check out around that if you want to leave your luggage (though storage was free).

Everything is clean and new. It’s a bit stuffy in the pods with the blind down and a bit awkward to turn the light on when entering in the dark as the switch is at the other end of the entry. I had to sleep with mask and earplugs as the nightlight comes in around the blind and you can hear everyone’s phone and accidental knocking on the timber for any reason. There are no windows on either floor except front entry and a door to a small patio on the sleeping floor.

This is a perfect little place! 5 mins waking from the bus station & city center, great little "cabins" that gave you a privacy in the hostel world- they were beautifully made with adjustable lights, comfortable matrace and several pillows, I didn't want leave it in the morning 😀 nice kitchen with a coffee machine and lemon water available whole day, everything clean, wifi worked well, highly recommended

Great place for solo travellers no more than ten minutes on foot from the Renfe or Euskotren stations. Cosy little private pod v comfy. Good facilities.
