Great experience, with very attentive reception staff who have been abel to support needs of my elderly parents including offering chair for the shower to make stay more confortable.
Good location, great bar and restuarant, with very attentive service. Breakfast was great, choice during the Easter break was impressive.
However I would see opportunity for improvment in rooms amenities. There was no tissues and body lotion in the bathroom. There was also no kettle in the rooms. There is complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, however its not alawyas convinient e.g. if you need hot water for medication and you may need to go down to the lobby each time
