Great location, very friendly staff - help with storing the luggage and bringing it to the room upstairs, sparkling clean, comfortable design and layout and a complimentary glass of wine in the restaurant below,

The room is on the top (third) floor without a lift, so it requires a bit of a climb. Also, I was there on a very hot day, and it was hard to cool the room down without air conditioning.

So zentral, so komfortabel und zugleich so geschichtsträchtig – und das alles zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden und würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

The person who greeted me was very friendly and helpful. You meet at a Czech restaurant directly facing Stary Rynek (old square). The apartment itself was clean, the bed comfortable, a tidy bathroom, and the kitchenette proved very useful. The location is very close to the old square, with restaurants, supermarkets nearby. I would recommend taking an Uber from the train station (15-20 Zloty) as the taxi drivers will try and rip you off. Poznan Glowny train station is rather confusing, head for the Glogowska street exit (near McDonalds) the Uber should pick you up on Glogowska st. directly behind the taxis.

The rooftop apartment Nr. 11 is on the 3rd floor, no lift, but not too bad. There is a big air conditioning plant on an adjacent roof which is rather noisy at times, but the door to the balcony and the windows are pretty much soundproof. It didn't bother me but could be annoying for others. Bear in mind taxis or Uber can't drop you off directly at the doorstep, so you might have to walk a couple of hundred metres on arrival and departure.

Zakwaterowanie o 2/3h szybciej zaproponowano w kwocie 1/3 ceny - za to poziom czystości jakby ktoś sprzątał tydzień wcześniej. Zdechłe muchy, masa kurzu przy łóżku, w salonie oraz mnóstwo włosów w łazience. Najbardziej jednak dokuczały dźwięki apartamentu - po dobie nie wiem z czego wynikały, brzmiały jak chwilowe spięcie ale to nie to. Całą noc było słychać bzyczenie/mrowienie/zgrzyt - nieustannie nawet po wyłączeniu lamp i przedłużaczy.
