    The rooms needed to be cleaned even after we asked they still failed to clean the room, when they come they just do the bed and put towels they need to focus on this, Beds are not comfortable at all the matresd kept moving and our backs were hurting us the whole time. Reception employees were nice how ever since there was no coffee machine in the room we had to buy from the coffee area and sorry to say this the girl making the coffee was very rude , didnt even communicate and left the coffees at the end of the bar and leaves

    totale mancanza di empatia del personale alla reception, abbiamo avuto un problema per la gestione di un farmaco che andava conservato rigorosamente in frigorifero, tale opzione ci e' stata negata nonostante la persona che viaggiava con me e' invalida e si trattasse di un farmaco salva vita. Esistono delle procedure e i regolamenti, am possono esistere anche eccezioni e deroghe, per questo avevamo chiesto di parlare con il manager ci e' stato detto che non era possibile (assurdo, tutti a questo mondo abbiamo un capo!!!) . Per il solo fatto di aver chiesto di parlare con il manager siamo stati segnalati come dei criminali e trattati con sospetto e distacco per tutta la durata del soggiorno. E' statao umiliante, dovrebbero vergognarsi
