    cost of the property is not justified, they have only one argument, you booked delux room, and will give you very small, 100sqft room. they dont have Their own Kithcen, there is not daily room service, its more of upgraded hostel room

    1.Hotel rooms was very compact compared to what shown in photos 2.There were no separate smoking and non smoking rooms facility available since they have common AC across all the rooms so it is very disappointing. 3. You can immediately starts passive smoking when anyone in the hotel rooms starts smoking. 4.since the room size was very close the reception, most of the times We kept hearing noise even after the close door. 5.There are no clear guidelines given to us about the breakfast unless we asked to them. 6.Limited car(4-5 cars) parking space available and if you get only if you have luck. 7.There is no free water facility in the hotel, if you don't have water you have to purchase new water bottle. 8. Only bread butter and omelet bread options were given during breakfast. 9.bathroom kit was not provided during check in. But if you u ask it will be provided. If you are staying for only one day it is good in case you don't have other options
