I have stayed at Hotel Black Burn for the second time now, it is located on the 5th floor. The hotel is relatively new and clean. The bedrooms are small, but sufficient for a comfortable sleep. The shower has strong water pressure, and the air conditioning works well. The staff is enthusiastic and provides good service.

- New and clean room, which is not that common in Mumbai
- Good communication with staff
- Location in walking distance to train station
- There was a sink missing
- Desing not very well though out (shower stream directed to toilet paper etc.)
- Extremely small room which makes it unsuitable for longer stays. For 1-3 nights it's acceptable if you only go there for sleep
- Very small beds (not ideal for two persons)

it is a brand new property. so things were clean inside the room. AC was working, geyser was functional
a) the noise coming in through the adjacent road. it was difficult to get some sleep
b) the entrance to the hotel is little sad
