    The front desk is really friendly and helpful. Which is rare to find. I've stayed at numbers of hotel in Bombay and he's the first one that I'd say this. He made the first impression of the hotel really warm and cozy. The location is close to almost everything. Which is really convenient. Easy to locate the hotel. The bed is also comfortable, not just like cheap mattress that had flattened like other hotel. They ise Spring bed and gave you 4 pillows which I love. I wished they had fridge in the room. But the cleanliness can be improved. When I checked in the hotel, there are pee drop on the toilet seat. Overall cleanliness is okay though. But again. Hats off to the front desk guy!

    Never book this hotel or hotels nearby by due to lot of rats which destroyed our products and handbags.
