It was conveniently located and easy to find and access our room. It was clean and had enough space for a family of four. Our only issue was that we booked for 4 and only had 2 duvets. We used the phone in the lobby to contact customer service. They gave us access to the housekeeping closet so we could get two additional duvets, but there were only duvet covers. I took 4 covers so we could layer to keep warm since my kids were sleeping without blankets.

Nice and spatious room. The room located on the top floor was quiet, in spite of it central location in Turku.
Minor critique:
Some ventilation was constantly running and could not be switched off. Only one of the two windows could be opened, and also this one only tilted for 15 cm.
A bit more serious critique:
The electrical heater for preparing tea or coffee (using the tea bags or coffee powder nicely provided) did not work and likely is permantly broken.

Very fresh and modern omena I miss the red decor though, more hooks needed in bathroom. Bed is the best!!
