The location of this place can't be beat, as it's right beside the main square of the town. The room was gigantic and quite clean, and the bed/pillows were comfortable.
The check-in process was actually very easy considering there is no front desk or staff anywhere on-site and everything is digital. But if you are more comfortable with a front desk, or you need a hotel you can arrive at early and store your luggage, this might not be the best option as there is no lobby, luggage storage, etc. You can arrange online to check-in early, but you will need to pay extra for it and set it up in advance, so be aware of that.

You don't interact with any staff as there is no reception. You just get a code to enter and a code for your door. Good location, minimalist design, but everything you need.

Theres no reception. There's a number to ring via a free phone in the lobby but you can't get onto the lobby. The number is also on a tv screen which is inside the lobby but I couldn't read the writing from outside, it was too small. Only for a lady let us into the lobby I am unsure how you are meant to checkin. The man on the phone when we did get through was not helpful, he kept suggesting we had gone to the wrong omena hotel which we hadn't
