    I booked with Agoda and I have specified two adults and one child of 10 years old. When I have checked in, first I don’t know why they used my child’s name as the main guest to check in. When I arrived in my room. They only prepared two person’s amenities. I went to the reception to ask for an extra towel, slipper and toothbrush for my child. They suddenly wanted me to pay for a surcharge for my child (per day). I was scratching my head. From booking to check in, they know we are three in this room. But they wanted me to pay for an extra cost only when i found out we are missing amenities for the third person. This is the only hotel that treat us like that. Be careful when you book with this hotel.

    Close to Osaka station with lots of eating options. Lovely hotel with good size rooms and facilities.

    Location was good, nearby there is lift + escalator entrance to the basement where you can walk to Umeda station. We find it really convenient as we have pram. As for hotel staffs, could be better, i think the overall friendliness is slightly lacking comparing to other hotels that we have been in Japan, Osaka was our last stop. The rooms are clean.

    Location is a little far from the subway, with a long walk through the basement to reach the malls and main areas. Shinsaibashi or Namba would be more convenient and lively. The room and bathroom are rather small, and the bathtub may not suit those who prefer a standing shower. The main perk is the on-site onsen, which is great for relaxing after a long day or warming up in colder weather. Overall, a decent stay, but the location is not the most convenient.
