    Stayed a Friday night to attend a friends birthday party. Room was big, clean and quiet. Bed comfortable. Shower was hot. Breakfast very good. Staff in bar and at breakfast excellent. Owners dog (Renn) was behind bar when I returned late from party. Dog was very friendly but declined a drink 😂. Overall stay was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

    Room was clean with everything you need. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel itself was very quite but some noise outside woke me a few times. But excellent value for money.

    I was looking for somewhere reasonably priced for myself and my son to sleep for the night and found it in the Carolton, Comfortable bed and a good breakfast in the morning, we were even given complimentary drinks at the bar, on the downside we were on the top floor with no lift and 67 stairs to manage it also had a shared bathroom, I would stay there again.....

    It's a very tied building. You either have a shared bathroom or private bathroom. The bedroom had tea coffee facilities with TV. Overall the hotel isn't really clean. On arrival we were given a bag of sweets and a complimentary free drink coupon. Breakfast was OK. For one night stay at *** value for money
