This hotel is absolutely fantastic!! It's located in a busy and loud area, but, the room was so quiet and relaxing... especially needed after jet lag and wandering around the city! I will always stay here if I return. The value for money is above and beyond expectations! There's a great restaurant on the ground floor which serves a wide variety of meals at a very decent price! The staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were incredibly courteous, especially as it seems to be such a busy and popular spot! They helped me organize my way to the airport at an extremely reasonable pru, also! Thank you to all of the staff!! You all are unbelievable!! Thanks again!!

I've stayed here several times now and we keep coming back because the location and the service is so good. Yes, the rooms are a little tired, basic and small but the customer services is always exceptional and the location is brilliant in terms of night life and sight seeing but unlike other hotels in the area the Thai Cozy is very quite at night so you can get a great sleep. We arrived at 06.00am just to drop our bags off due to checkin opening at 14.00 and they let us checkin without any hesitation despite us arriving 8 hours early. This was really appreciated and we will definitely stay here again in the future.
