Great location near kho san road, the grand palace, Wat pho and Rajadamnern Muay Thai Stadium Lovely spa next door, comfortable and clean hotel

Location is close to Khao San.
Rooms like this were okay 5 years ago when they were $20, they have upped the prices but the value has not gone up. Standard tourist money grab in Thailand where they don't care, the walls haven't been wiped, ever. Corners of walls etc are all mouldy. Aircon sounds like a helicopter. Requirement of 2000thb cash deposit on check-in is very strange. It's 2026, shouldn't need to do this and is not common practice. They make you keep the deposit slip, if you lose it you lose your deposit.
