The room is clean, warm with microwave and refigerator. The location is great, in citu center, easy access to transportation, restaurants and groceries. The problem only the confusing of check in, make sure you are in the right Omena, they have 2 Omena in city center and contact the
hotel first for get the room number and access code.

I stayed at the hotel from February 7th to February 9th. The room was clean, the shower was excellent, and the location is good, which makes the stay comfortable in several aspects.
However, I experienced some important issues. The check-in is done exclusively via SMS or email, but in my case the information never arrived, which caused inconvenience and difficulty accessing the hotel upon arrival.
I also had problems with noisy guests during my stay. I sent an email to report the issue, but the response came days later, when the situation could no longer be resolved.
The absence of on-site staff makes the stay more difficult, especially when immediate assistance is needed. Despite the positive points, this lack of support negatively impacts the overall experience.
Overall, the hotel has good facilities, but it needs to significantly improve guest support and responsiveness to avoid this kind of discomfort.
