    The inn was amazing for its prices and a lot of things are provided for free like the scale. The stuffs speaks wonderful English.

    Facility is clean yet rudimentary. Individual A/C controls work. Bathroom is tiny with very small shower area enclosure. I had to use two fingers to keep the shower doors shut to prevent water from splashing out while talking shower. It’s easy to hit the faucet handle when one turns inside the enclosure causing sudden changes in water temperature and shower volume. My room window is facing next door building very close by. So, one needed to keep the shade down. (This probably is a common problem in many small hotels in Taiwan) Windows provide little sound insulation plus the building is next to a very busy street with an elevated transit line. Despite that, traffic is light late night and the transit system also shutdown overnight. So, one should be able to get enough sleep unless one is a very light sleeper. Self check in/out would be a nice addition if the front counter is manned. But I saw no one even before 9 pm. There is a phone next to entrance door directly connected to someone on duty. No dialing required. So, one can say the counter is manned remotely.

    amazing location with plenty of food options nearby and excellent access to various public transportation. the room was clean, and the shared facilities like washing machine and dryer were well-maintained and convenient. for the price, it definitely exceeded expectations

    I understand the price class is a bit on the lower end so I cant expect too much. But with the damp smell and black mold in the aircon, I rather not live here again. Although, if you don’t care about mold, cleanliness and modern design, then it’s a pretty good deal.
