Elizabeth Suites

I had a wonderful stay at Elizabeth Suites. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The facilities were excellent and everything was well maintained. The location is also convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable staying here. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

I arrived around 6pm when no staff were in the hotel. I was forced to fill some check-in forme on my phone under rain in front of closed main hotel door. They didn't give me a pin code to get inside of the building to do it, and I was standing there without any rain cover. I think it is really bad check-in experience. Rooms were fine but I don't want to experience it again.

We stayed here for 2 nights . Asked for a quiet room and got a one with a terrace! Elevator is in the building for convenience with luggage. In the room there was a kitchenette, dining table , hairdryer. Restaurants on the same streets and the main train station 15min walk distance. I would not rate it as a 4-star hotel, the facilities were simple. No grocery stores (billa, Lidl or similar)..other inconveniences: reception only wirks until 4pm and breakfast is served for $13 euros in a hotel that you need to walk to. Still I would stay here again and recommend to others.

I had a generally positive experience during my 4 night stay at Elizabeth Suites. Pros: -Location was convenient with public transportation nearby and plenty of food, drinks, groceries, museums, and sights in walkable distance. -Staff was helpful and friendly in our few interactions. -There was a heat wave during my stay, the air conditioner in the room did a great job keeping me comfortable. -The kitchen was stocked with basic cookware, cutlery, and dining ware. I didn't end up cooking but it was nice to have the option. So-so’s: -I’m on the picky side about cleanliness, and the room was clean enough for me. There were a few stray hairs hiding high up in the bathroom but those are easy to overlook when cleaning and everything else was immaculate. -There weren’t any facilities to speak of, but that was fine considering the price point. -My ‘city view’ wasn’t facing the street but the courtyard in the back. It was nice to have a window facing outside but I’d rather that be called a room with a window (which it was) than a room with a city view (which it arguably wasn’t). Cons (though not a big deal): -I didn’t receive any information in advance about checkin (possibly because I booked through Agoda so the hotel didn’t have my contact info) so I’m glad I checked in during office hours, as the procedure for after hours checkin was not communicated to me and I would’ve had no idea how to go about it. If you anticipate getting in at an odd hour, it’s worth it to reach out in advance so you’re not stranded for the night. —- All in all, considering the price of the room, location, and cleanliness I would call this a good deal and would stay there again.
