Along with everything being perfect, it's straightforward to orient yourself in the city. It's very straight to the train station and practically a straight clear walk to the old city, the promenade and the shopping areas.
I picked this place over others because they provided a kettle in the bedroom (a personal quirk - I was missing having a kettle on my trip).
