The Bayshore Waterfront Inn

This place is all about the thoughtful details to make your stay more comfortable. Like flowers when you arrive, and an array of pillow types. The owners care. The rooms are nicer than the photos indicate and the marina view is fantastic- relaxing and lovely. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just watching the boats and people. We have an electric vehicle and could recharge it a short distance away at the Small Boat harbor.

Great place to stay! Very welcoming and would stay again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Total Hidden Treasure. If you’re heading to Ucluelet, stop scrolling and book this place. The Bayshore Waterfront Inn is an incredible, family‑run property that feels less like a hotel and more like stepping into a fully furnished, spacious 1‑bedroom apartment someone lovingly prepared just for you. The suites are immaculate — genuinely one of the cleanest stays I’ve ever experienced. Every detail is dialed in: a large bathroom, a private balcony, a BBQ, and every small appliance, utensil, and convenience you could possibly need. The décor is unique, intentional, and clearly crafted with care, giving the whole space a warm, personal vibe you won’t find in chain hotels.Location-wise, it’s centrally placed with a nice view of the marina and cove, making it easy to explore Ucluelet without feeling tucked away. It’s quiet, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. They’ve got excellent quiet fans (seriously impressive), but no AC — the only drawback, and only noticeable on hot summer days.Pro tip: If it’s not sold out, book the basic room and ask about upgrading. You’ll often snag a premium suite for a small fee… wink wink. This place is a standout. Thoughtful owners, spotless rooms, and a stay that feels like home — but better.

Our room was clean, comfortable and had a gorgeous view of the bay and marina. Teo was very helpful and ensured we had what we needed for our stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer.
