Pestana Porto - A Brasileira, City Center & Heritage Building

Great location! Staff is wonderful! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this centrally located hotel. The staff were all excellent - friendly and helpful. The concierge gave us excellent dinner recommendations, and Felipe was so kind when we left and had trouble getting our Uber! He assisted us by talking with the Uber driver, who went to the wrong pickup spot, and carried our bags out around the corner to meet the driver. Above and beyond / excellent service! Service was impeccable! The best! The rooms are on the smaller side, but adequate for a few days. Bath/showers products were excellent. Nice job having shampoo and conditioner in the shower! Building was art deco design and well cared for - staff always cleaning. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning, as well as having coffee and pastry in the bistro, and drinks outside. We would definitely return!

Good hotel

We had a fantastic stay at Pestana Porto – A Brasileira. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Porto, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer on foot. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character and history, while still feeling modern and comfortable. Our room was well appointed, comfortable and immaculately maintained throughout our stay. The attention to detail across the hotel really stood out. What impressed us most was the service. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming. They were always happy to help and made us feel valued as guests from the moment we arrived. A wonderful hotel in a superb location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Porto.
