    The hotel is stylish and well-designed, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Queen Studio and found the room very spacious. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, and the shower had strong water pressure with hot water almost immediately. Location was convenient for exploring Hong Kong Island, about a 10-minute walk to Sheung Wan MTR. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel and the tram station is only around 5 minutes away. Plenty of local cha chaan tengs nearby made breakfast easy, but if your itinerary is more focused on Kowloon/TST, the location may feel a bit less convenient. Overall, good value for the space, comfort, and design.

    ​This was our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The hotel consistently maintains a wonderfully cozy and relaxing atmosphere that makes it the perfect escape. ​The staff are incredibly considerate, attentive, and always very helpful with everything we need. Returning here feels like coming back to a familiar, peaceful home. Highly recommended, and we will definitely continue to come back!💖💖💖

    Everything is good........... place, location, staff, housekeeping, elevator, security, etc............. except there was bed bugs on 1 of our beds. Our suite has 2 beds. The other was fine. No bed bug. Informed them of the bed bug and they clean up & changed the bedsheet, comforter & pillow case. Thanks

    The premise is within a commercial building, lifts shared with offices occupying the building. As such it is not a hotel in a full sense. Reception and lounge located on lower floors while rooms are located on the top few floors, with offices occupying between the floors.
